The staff was polite and friendly, providing good customer service during my stay. The location of the hotel was convenient and suited my needs perfectly. the hotel offered key facilities and amenities that were up to standard, making my stay comfortable.
there were issues with obtaining an invoice, causing unnecessary hassle and inconvenience. It would have been better if the hotel was more efficient in addressing these concerns.

The hotel was conveniently located and met my needs. the staff was generally polite. the room had adequate amenities and was comfortable enough for a budget traveller. the bathroom and overall cleanliness could have been better.

During Christmas, my recent stay exceeded my expectations. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, making it easy for us to rest and relax. the location was perfect as it was close to restaurants, shopping centers, and public transportation, allowing us to easily explore the area. Best Aspects: What we loved the most was the warm and welcoming atmosphere from the staff. the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. the breakfast was delicious, a perfect start to our day before hitting the town for sightseeing.
